Typically rough sketches are sent out to be approved within a month of a commission being placed. Should I fail to provide a sketch within 4 weeks of the service being paid for, you will be given the option of getting a full refund.After the sketch has been approved only partial refunds will be available based on how much I've completed on your service:Rough Sketch: 60% refund
Lines: 40% refund
Colour: 15% refund
Render and Completion: 0% (no refund)My rights as the artist

- Service will be completed when the full payment is received
- Partial/ Payment plans are typically offered for services 300$ or more.(A none refundable down-payment is required within 24 hours for all payment plans)Payments are due within 24 hours of the invoice being sent out. If payment is not received within 24 hours, the invoice will be canceled and your spot will be forfeit to the next person.
